Cheryl Coleman
Graduate of Northwestern University in Evanston Illinois with Bachelors in Sociology and Urban Affairs, Cheryl Coleman started her career off with service in mind. Ms. Coleman started her career at Johnson and Johnson with the Neutrogena Corporation where she received a J&J Image Award for Innovation and a President’s Club Award, the organization’s highest recognition for sales achievement. She has completed Six Sigma Black Belt Training which more than enhanced her abilities to excel in business
At Johnson and Johnson, Ms. Coleman continued to develop her brand as an inspirational, ethical leader with a consistent record of driving revenue growth and bottom-line results. In 2003, she earned her second President’s Club Award as the Business Development Manager for Johnson and Johnson Consumer Products by exceeding expectations in the management of the $33MM business for the nation’s second largest food retailer, Kroger. In 2004, she became the National Accounts Manager for Johnson and Johnson Vision Care where she delivered over 20% of overall growth within the first 3 years and won the Prestigious Presidents Club again for the third time. Cheryl is now the Regional Accounts Manager for Johnson and Johnson Vision Care.
Ms. Coleman serves as the National Director of Conference for National Sales Network, a professional organization for diverse sales professionals. She has served in numerous roles with the National Sales Network Atlanta Chapter since 2008 and has received numerous awards for her work. Contract Negotiation, Event Planning, Customer Relations, Team Building, and Marketing Development are just a few of her business skills. Cheryl has a heart for the people and it shows in her work and her personal life as well. She is a dedicated and committed member to her Sorority Delta Sigma Theta and works hard to enhance her community. Cheryl turns the word “No” into opportunity’s and with each passing day she strives more and more to build and develop the community in which she lives.
